Have you ever thought about who invented the computer? Or let me ask you in a different way, what makes up the computer? There are many different answers to my first question, people said Charles Babbage made the first computer, but his computer is not actually a computer because his computer was designed to store programs on card which is a lot different from the computer we use now. I believe Alan Turing is the first person who invented the concept of a automatic computer, which means it can runs and thinks by its own. All of my ideas all come from the movie The Imitation Game, which is a movie about how Alan Turing and his crews break the Nazi's enigma. This leads us to the answer to the second question. Here I want you to solve a simplest code in the world that I made, after solving the codes, you will know the answer to the second question. Hint: watch for the size of the letter. I hope you did find out the answer for the second question because the codes that Alan Turing was trying to break is way more difficult than this. One thing I found it interesting is that at the end of the movie it says that Alan Turing died from suicide and the thing that he used for suicide is a poison apple which they found laying next to Alan Turing's body with a bite on it. I don't know if this is true but I think this connects to the Apple, the Apple that makes iPhone, iPod.....etc. I think Steve Jobs used an apple with a bite on it as a logo for his company is to commemorate Alan Turing's death, because without Alan Turing, we will not have computer today. What do you think about the Apple logo, do you think it is there to commemorate Alan Turing's death or it has nothing to do with him?
